The shower was not working and there isn't any pail and deeper provided. It was very difficult for us to have our bath. Other than that our stay was good. I had a good night sleep...

Kindly fixed the shower on room 302 please

Nothing

Being asked at the booking stage to use my credit card and to pay by said card at the hotel. But when I arrived they said they wanted cash or I could not stay. Then after a long conversation we agreed I would pay over the next 4 days, but this has added even more money on to my bill as I will be charged extra for taking money out of an ATM on my credit card.
