We came to Cityzen for breakfast and had an excellent experience. Our server, Juan, was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our meal. He took the time to explain the menu and answer our questions, which made it much easier for us to decide what to order. His service was warm, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. "Club Millesime Staff are Amazing!"

Our trip to Mexico City with our 1 year old was made so easy and comfortable by all the staff at Club Millesime at the Sofitel Reformer hotel. They were all so wonderful with our son; playing with him and even making him a special treasure hunt with costume and prizes which he loved!! Special thanks to “Pirate Abraham” for planning it all for him. He felt so loved and special as did we!! Thank you for making our time in the city so enjoyable!! We will definitely be back!!
