Close to college

Rooms were pretty nasty, we travel a lot due to tournament ball and last week we stayed in à la Quinta in Brownwood, it was exceptionally clean, this one has food on walls, carpet was not vacuumed looked like in a month and dirt was caked on window seals, ac unit and baseboards...etc Good price for the room but very nasty housekeeping

"We were moved to a different room which the toilet was still dirty, no toilet paper."

Upon checking in at 11pm the room was average. I had to change rooms because the bathroom had dried feces on the toilet. The room wasn’t cleaned properly.

We were offered a new room which had a half roll of toilet paper, when I requested more they said I had to come for it myself, we never received room service within the two days of staying. Great staff, comfortable room, good breakfast.

Our first stay everything was perfect. This time we had a light out in the bathroom and the shower pressure was weak. Also, no hangers in the closet.

"This is the worst hotel!!!!!!!"

Front desk girl was extremely rude. Nothing worked like it was supposed to. We lost power for a little bit and they did nothing to fix it. To be honest this was a complete waste of money and we were traveling for surgery with a kid. Worst hotel we have ever been at

"Good"

Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

The room was dirty and smelled like smoke could have been the old carpet the was trash on the bathroom floor and 2 light didn't work, the main light and bathroom light. Pillows were uncomfortable.
