Great facility with all the amenities and a great view of the ocean.

The unit was clean, comfortable and all the necessities were available (as long as you did not want more).

It was very difficult to find the hotel. Communicating with staff was next to impossible. There was no mobile or telephone service in the room (and the general area). There was a bit of an issue with payment (credit card did not get accepted) and the staff made limited effort to resolve this, even though it was to their benefit. It took about an hour to find our unit/house ... the provided map was not very helpful. If you needed additional towels, soap etc, you were out of luck.

Unit is very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Good shower, etc. Location is convenient in Rocky Harbour. Check in staff very friendly and helpful.

No view from the unit, and the unit is quite dark.... blinds required for privacy as people drive past the unit, but even with the blinds open it's lacking light and outlook.

Accommodation was just what they advertised, clean, well located, good facilities. Recommend it.
