Apartments Moni

Mr. Moni was an excellent host, with a great sense of humor he showed us places on the city map where we could eat very well (and we can confirm that), visit the center and see beautiful beaches. Regarding the apartment, the place had everything we needed and a good amount of space. Split is a very vibrant city.

Split is a large city with tough distances when there are heat waves, we recommend that if you come to this apartment, you have a good budget for taking taxis from the area to where you want to go. And if you take the taxis, we recommend that you do so better from the apps and not with the regional ones.

Great location. Air conditioned. Pleasant neighborhood. Good value for the money. If you are on a tight budget- it's a decent option.

The apartment is difficult to find and almost impossible to drive up to. The apartment is on the smaller side, pictures make it look bigger and nicer than it is. The shower is tiny, my husband had trouble fitting in. There is no elevator. Caution - definitely figure out parking situation before your arrival, it could be quite a challenge.

Moni was great! Gave us a map with lots of locations drawn on. Great location. Comfortable place with everything needed.

Single entrance into apartment for 3 “apartments”. Host and 2 rented out. Wasn’t a problem at all I just didn’t know beforehand.

It had a nice access to the other apartment where my friends stayed at, and it was quite nice with the fridge and the kitchen for random snacks

Maybe would be nice to offer shampoo or some type of soap for the shower, but other then that everything was fine

Comfortable, clean, nice facilities, quiet. Nice location

We had a bit difficulty finding it.

The only good thing about the location is its central location. We walked to most of the places instead of taking taxis.

- The host doesn't speak English - The apartment we stayed in has AC only in the living room ( we had to keep it open the whole day until the night to keep the bedroom at a normal temperature. Even so, during the night, it became extremely hot, and we were sweating a lot - The apartment wasn't clean in many parts, and we think that they have flat bugs in the bedroom - we woke up with spots that were itchy on our backs. Also, don't expect comfortable pillows. As a recommendation I would suggest they employ a cleaning lady, to change the pillows and be extremely careful regarding the cleanliness.
