Great place to stay I would recommend to everyone.

Very near to the beach

Fantastic place to stay! All staff were extremely accommodating!

3ngt stay over the weekend with my 6yr old son who has complex medical conditions and autism. I messaged the hotel prior to our arrival just to let them know the details. They were extremely understanding and so so kind to us from the moment we arrived! Our family room was on the fourth floor and very clean and appeared newly renovated. Beds were comfy, nice little lounge area with tea coffee and kettle. The loft room has quite low beams on either end of the room so personally think wouldn’t be ideal for taller people to easily move around at either end of the room but it was a ‘loft’ family room so to be expected :-) All staff were so welcoming and lovely. Communal areas beautifully decorated with lovely ambiance music playing which gave it a real chilled holiday vibe. There was one time when we were leaving our room and coming down the stairs where a lovely staff member was hoovering and my son was a bit hesitant to continue down the stairs. It was clear that she was fully aware of my sons autism and without asking and so friendly, stopped the hoover and said she wouldn’t turn it back on until we left. This may seem like nothing but it was a huge positive thing for us and not something I would outwardly ask to be done to ease his anxiety but it was a very considerate action and I thank you truly for that!!! :-) We had the best stay and would highly recommend! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Really friendly and helpful, the room was clean tidy and well decorated. Bathroom was clean an modern As we were leaving early they kindly made us a little bag for breakfast with a tasty salmon soft cheese and chive sandwich and some fruit Also well situated to the centre and beach area

A very comfortable staybat the Hedley guest house very friendly staff very clean room and comfortable bed and clean bathroom all in a good decorative order throughout very fresh food for breakfast wouldnt hesitate to go back on my next trip to Bournemouth only a short walk to the beach and all Amenities .

Lovely stay at Hedley, nothing was too much trouble for Paul, who made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast is limited but what’s there is fantastic quality.

Great service and very helpful staff throughout visit.
