USStaff were very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was easy and we were upgraded to a slightly larger room free of charge, which was very nice.

Poor quality beds
USThe breakfast was pretty good. They had a fun pancake machine. The pool was open later than I anticipated, so we appreciated it! The room and beds were comfortable. There was a good sized mini fridge and a microwave, which was much appreciated!
My pillows smelled dirty. The door to my room was difficult to open. Holding the key card to the door would unlock the door, but it didn't open when I turned the handle. We figured out you have to hold the key to the door while you open it (requiring two hands) and push the handle up instead of down.
USThis Ascend Hotel, a new member in the Choice chain , is just stellar!! I stayed 5 nights and would definitely book again if I was in town! The hotel is clean, quiet, the staff really welcome you and try to make your stay comfortable. Dillon is a excellent front desk person, he helped me several times with suggestions AND a helping hand! The manager/ owner really takes pride in providing a good experience. He really is an exceptional! Please keep up the good work!
