"Absoluter Albtraum"

Das Telefonat am nächsten Morgen mit einem Mitarbeiter, der doch sehr zuvorkommend war und sich vielmals entschuldigte für diese Misere.

Dass ich keinen Zugang zum Hotel hatte und deswegen im kalten Auto schlafen musste, obwohl ich ein bezahltes Hotelzimmer hatte.

Das Bett war groß und gemütlich, überall mit Teppich ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Allerdings... das Wasser in der Dusche muss dringend mal getestet werden. Nachdem ich dort duschen war hatte ich meine Arme komplett voll mit pickelchen genau so bei meinem freund

"Fine if you just need a bed for the night"

Good location, clean and reasonably comfortable. Hotel options in Moers are limited and this place, although very much a budget accomodation, is fine if you just need somewhere to put your head down.

Their communications and customer service leave a lot to be desired. Check in times are late in the day and inflexible.
