Playground was great for our grandchildren. Couch in unit was good

Stupid tap over bathroom sink was too big for the size of the basin. We don’t like plastic shower curtains.

I appreciated the lovely staff memeber from the office Andrew as he was very welcoming and promt to service our needs. I also really enjoyed the hot showers and all the shared facilities were nice, clean and functional. The gardens and the landscapes are lovely and well kept and the layout of the campground is very user friendly and easy to navigate your way around.

I had a great stay in my very clean and tidy cabin and found the bed very comfy, however I wished the lighting had separate switches for each bulb so that we had the option of just one light on in the room as it was quite glearing and bright. I would have also appreciated the heater on to preheat the room before arrival as it was freezing when checking in during the winter months. Apart from that, we stayed warm and cozy all night after our room had heated up and slept very well on the comfortable bed.

Room was fine not enough power points tho & an extra pillow on the bed would have been nice. Kitchen facilities were really good.

The bathrooms (at least the ones at the end of the camp we were at) just felt dirty.
