Was in town for a family tangi, and the hosts were very understanding of our situation, accommodating me and my whanāu but also giving us late checkouts at no extra charge. It was very much appreciated and highly recommend this facility to everyone.

The staff were lovely, I let them know i was expecting to arrive early hours in the morning, late checkin was an easy process, and they even left the heater on so it was warm when we arrived. The room we booked was spacious and comfortable . We had access to all the amenities which was shared, but this didn't worry us 😁👌🏾 I would stay again with my kids in tow next time
