Days Inn by Wyndham Sioux City

The place looked recently updated. Very clean and the staff was super friendly.

Biggest draw back was no elevator. We needed the big room we had. Aleast it was by an exit that helped so I didn't have to walk as much.

Says pool and spa and there is only a pool hard to understand staff and them to understand you as not very good English

Bed was very comfortable and I had prompt courteous service. The only negative was the room smelled bad like sewage. My family loved the pool and waffles

Convenient to interstate. Room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was great

There were no elevators to help bring belongs up to 3nd floor. We had to make 3 trips up and down all the stairs as we we traveling by motorcycle

The hotel lobby was clean and well maintained. The gentleman at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. I like the breakfast, even though the protein options are extremely limited.

We had a lot of trouble with the key cards for our room and accessing other areas of the hotel, such as the pool. The pool was nice and warm, but the area wasn't well maintained and even had chunks of hair on the floor. We traveled with our dog and were in town visiting family. Staff complained about our dog barking when we weren't at the hotel. We had him put up in a pen when we weren't there. We tried to limit how long we were gone, but there were still times he barked due to the maintenance work going on. I just feel like they could have told us in a more professional way and we could have addressed the issue sooner. We also didn't see housekeeping very often, they would come by once at around 9 or 10 am and knock on our door and ask if we needed anything, but never came in to clean during the duration of our stay. The blankets and linens were pretty thin as well.

We had a first-floor room with out door access.

They charge me twenty five dollars for my dog per day. It wasn't my dog running up-and-down the hallway at two in the morning waking everybody up. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Cold cereal coffee juice biscuits and gravy hard boiled eggs yogurt. Waffles.
