Quality Inn & Suites Plattsburgh

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The halls did smell musty, but very clean.

Room was correct except telephone and wifi not working due wiring .

There wasn't much to like. The buildings were not secured by locks, the fire doors were open, the curtains and rim of sink were moldy, carpet in room had some weird stuff that was slimy, beds were not remade, trash bags not replaced, towels radomly different quantities and sometime not enough. Room was not cleaned well even upon arrival. Property is generally dingy and outdated.

Property was affordable and the breakfast servers were amazing convenient location.

For an older hotel, it was pretty clear and well kept. The rooms smelled musty and damp when we ran the the a/c, which was most of the time. Security was not a strong suit as doors were left unsecured and open. Staff was VERY kind. Overall, it was ok! Thank you!!

Clean n tucked away from street

Don’t like carpets. Never feels clean when old carpets in rooms. Pool did not open until 9 which was too late to get to meeting . 7 would have been better.

Was a good stay

Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff was above n beyond awesome.

The fact that the entire floor was damp. The fact of the tub letting water flow on to the floor.

Damp mildew smell in the room was not very pleasant. The breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to a lot of malls, restaurants and stores.
