It was clean , the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again.

The elevator had some crusty French fries on the floor when we got there, and they were still there when we left. The elevator was dirty.

After charging my credit card the young lady at the front desk let me know that I can't bring in my pet bird(in his small cage of course) and refused to refund me.she was not pleasant at all (not even said hello when I arrived) , I stayed the night before at the same brand hotel in Erie PA, and no problem at all.
