having a tv to watch while laying in bed would be nice.

Very relaxing

The location was excellent and the decor and layout suited my needs. The communication started off on the wrong foot but improved.

Cons: * parking is not included. When I reserved this property, it was stated that free street parking would be included. When I arrived at the unit, there was no pass for the street parking. I called the contact number and was told that the policy had been changed. To avoid getting ticketed i Signed up to Hollywood’s parking program and paid out of pocket. During a number of calls and emails I was told that I would be in reimbursed for the amount I had paid and that they would be updating the description page to reflect the fact that parking was no longer included. Two weeks after returning home, I have received a partial reimbursement, but I’m getting the runaround on the balance. I have contacted Expedia to have them intervene for me and I’m waiting to hear back. * the area around the unit and surrounding hotels is not very clean. Pros: -unit is as described. It looks like the pictures. -Everything is clean and in good shape -Coin laundry is available on site -Parking, once you sign up and pay for it, is available Street side. -Great location in the heart of everything Hollywood Beach! -quick responses to inquiries (other than reimbursement!) As another reviewer mentioned, this property is probably best for just one or two adults. Maybe with one small child.
