Sergio, the host of the property, is a wonderful man who welcomed me, made me feel at home, and oriented me around Agrigento. The room itself and the (private) bathroom were spartan but very comfortable, especially for a one night stay. A basic breakfast is included and you can use the kitchen which is nice. And a great value! Location near the train station is convenient, and the kitchen and common areas have a lovely view of the coast.

WiFi didn’t reach the rooms — not a problem for me but guests should maybe be aware.

It’s near public transport and a nice view! Sergio is awesome— very knowledgeable, helpful, and forgiving of guest who don’t clean up:) (If you use the kitchen, please clean up after yourself!) My bathroom had a tub— my first in a long time and it was clean! Bed was comfortable! Breakfast was good and varied.

Quite a lot of steps to get there! I think this is true of most of the city, though. Also, as noted, the bath is external to the room, but private. Personally, as I was mostly the only guest, it wasn’t a problem.
