A perfect place for a solo traveller. It’s a small and cozy apartment with a lovely balcony. The location is very central and walkable to all attractions.

If you’re two people for a longer stay, it might get tight because the apartment is quite small. Also not possible to use the balcony during the day time because of the heat - it’d be great if the host would purchase an umbrella.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux d'Inmaculada, la propriétaire, alors même que nous avons modifié notre heure d'arrivée et le nombre de personnes tardivement. Elle nous a donné de très bons conseils de visite et même réservé pour nous un spectacle de flamenco. L'appartement était très joli et agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, bien agencé et propre et idéalement situé dans le cœur de Séville pour tout faire à pied, dans un quartier offrant tout le nécessaire. Nous recommandons vivement !

"Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt prima."

Die Terrasse ist super. Morgens noch keine direkte Sonne, sodass wir draußen frühstücken konnten. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Bad ist okay. Die Dusche schön groß. Das Apartment ist super gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

Die restliche Ausstattung war sehr einfach und in die Jahre gekommen. Es bräuchte mal wieder ein wenig Investition. Der Seifenspender war etwas kalkig. Der Balkonboden war sehr staubig. Das Apartment könnte ein wenig Liebe vertragen.
