"Great location, helpful staff"

We had a very pleasant stay in Porto. The location is great, within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, which made getting around and exploring very convenient. The apartment is nicely decorated, with a tasteful and atmospheric interior that gives the place a lot of character. It feels comfortable and well thought out. Diogo and Anibal were also very helpful during our stay. They were responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with, which made everything run smoothly. Overall, a very good option for staying in Porto.

La situation au Ribeiro est extra et la vue du duplex 2 chambres est telle que décrite. Tout simplement fabuleux! Les lits confortables, la cuisine fonctionnelle, tout était parfait pour notre séjours de 3 jours. Le personnel de l'hotel - que nous n'avons pas vu car les apts sont situés ailleurs - était très attentif, efficace et rapide à répondre à nos questions et demandes par texto. J'y retournerais les yeux fermés!

Nous le savions et cela n'a pas posé de problème mais noter que si vous avez des soucis avec les escaliers n'y allez pas! :-)
