Beautiful loft apartment with a very cute rooftop to relax after a day around. The owner super kind , friendly and comunicative! Definitely a place to go back.

The apartment was large, the kitchen was charming and there was a balcony. The landlord was available (online) and polite, he engaged the neighbor for a bottle opener and was eager to get things sorted out for future tenants..

The apartment itself was not very charming and a bit claustrophobic (the pictures gives quite an accurate description of the place). Lots of old furniture scattered around a bit randomly gave a messy impression of the place, I think It would look and feel better with only the bare essentials. The bed was the worst thing. Firstly, It must have been heavily infested with dust mites (I had a really bad reaction). Also, both the mattress and the pillow were really hard, "springy" and uncomfortable. I tried to compensate with several layers of blankets but it was not nearly enough. Also, the sink in the bathroom had a lot of toothpaste in it, the kitchen lacked the bare essentials and the fan above the stove was clogged (the room filled up with fume and smoke). The standard did really not match the price and I did not receive any compensation.

Very clean and cozy with a great location for carnevale! Modest, but the value for money is great. The TV is basic and I dont recall if there was any tea/coffee supplied, but that's fine by me. Vincenzo was helpful and polite- a great host. I liked Acireale so much I would seriously consider booking again whenever I next go. Would reccomend to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment is clean, spacious and has good natual light. There is a balcony with good view. It is situated in a quiet and convenient location, being close to everything. I can see how it could be a fantastic place for a writer ;).
