I didn't like it the refrigerator was off we had no towels and no toilet paper when we came in the room

Like I said I didn't like anything

Staff was very friendly

Beds very uncomfortable. Didn’t get sleep because of all the noise. Kids running around upstairs until 1 am and then people banging on doors at 3 am.

Cleanliness, spacious room, couteous staff

Breakfast - jam, spread, waffle maker, bread toaster everything was there. But no bread, bagel, waffle mix!!

The lady at the front desk was very personable and did us a huge favor of changing us from an upstairs room to the bottom floor as I cannot go up and down stairs. The was very clean and fresh even tho it was a room they let you have pets in-I was impressed.

The bed was uncomfortable and we had trouble flushing the toilet. By the time we checked out it had stopped altogether (gross). Granted it was obviously an older hotel and the room wasn’t in bad disrepair but the whole place could definitely need a facelift!

It was quiet. The manager was friendly. The rooms were clean. The tub and shower seemed new. Breakfast was coffee, juice and individually wrapped pastries. Nothing fancy but enough to get one back on the road.

Curb appeal was poor. Curtains from outside looked shabby. My husband was ready to take us to an upscale hotel after seeing the place but they had already charged my credit card and I talked him off of the cliff. The security latch on our door was broken.

Coffee was good and ready at 7am as advertised. Front desk clerk was pleasant and helped me book online. Bed was comfortable

The shower lacked pressure and water basically dribbled out. Room 218. Not much of a breakfast, and thats why I chose you.

The staff was nice.That was the only good thing.

The motel is dirty. The base boards were peeling off the wall The toilet wasn't fastened to the floor the beds were broke down and nasty Extremely bad location. An outside smelled like pee.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and courteous. I was a little surprised when the front desk clerk, showed me a cattle prod and told me the manager uses it on unruly guests.

The room was clean but it needed some updating. There was a hole in the door that you could see through from the outside. (Room 116). I stuffed a paper towel in the hole.
