Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, even though no English spoken. Probably worth mentioning that you pick up the key from the cafe bar opposite (apologies if it says that somewhere). Room very comfortable. No complaints. Very handy for Rome CIA Airport. Literally next to very small train station.

The woman that runs the place is incredibly kind and helpful. The food and service were fantastic and the rooms were comfortable. On our last day, she woke up at 4 AM to give us breakfast and send us off as we caught an early flight.

We had a room at the very end of the hall, far away from the router so the wifi wasn't great. It was not really a problem though, and the wifi is probably good in every other room. The location is a little confusing, as there is no clear sign for where the door is, but we found it very quickly.

Very friendly owner and staff. Best beds we have encountered in our days in Italy. Very tasty breakfast included across the street in the owners restaurant. Easy parking and close to a lake with very good restaurants and swimming facilities.

We don’t really care for strong perfumes in the room hence we would request those to be removed in advance for our next stay.
