The breakfast, very bad.

Struttura esterna un po’ dimessa. Ma internamente ben rifatta, moderna e funzionale.

Franco, the owner and his family, really took care of all of us. He even went out of his way to bring us to our conference venue, a 17-minute drive to Centrale Gabdolfo.

It's hard to get an Uber or taxi from the property, but if you travel by train or bus, the property is just beside the train station, and the bus stop is just across the property.

The owner and staff are fantastic - they work across the road from the property at a cafe/bar where you will have a free breakfast each morning (very tasty, no complaints). The property itself is cheap and cheerful, it does the job after spending the day in Rome. The bed was not the best for me but I am a pretty heavy guy so I need quite firm mattresses. Overall good value for money considering other options for Rome

Please be aware that the trains between Rome/Pavona are on average 1 per hour and the service ends relatively early (after 9pm I believe is the last direct train from Rome)
