There was no air conditioner in the room

I’m a return guest, really like to come to the apartment. On my next Budapest stay I’ll reserve this apartment again.

Had washing facilities and kitchen, which was very handy.

Very noisy street. TV didn’t work. Balcony had big notice to say balustrade unsafe. Dirty ashtray left on table on balcony. Lots of dust everywhere, under the bed it was horrendous. Reported TV but not fixed. They sent in the cleaning lady to fix it, but she couldn’t do anything about it. Very frustrating as no personal contact with office was available. Also towels were small and not good.

We liked the space and having small kitchen, and living area. Bed in loft nice feature away from the main living (a bit warm) Amazing location, and essential needs right out front door. 😁

It was quite warm, but didn't add on air conditioner for a fee. 😞

We had a very difficult time communicating with management before we came. They needed our information, but when we tried to give it to them by replying to their email, it didn't work, which was a problem because then we couldn't get the check in info. We talked to booking.com twice and spent hours researching their contact info. The beds and sofa are very hard. Be sure to request air conditioning ahead of time. The shower leaks because the curtain doesn't fit. It's on a major, loud street. The manager/co-owner was very helpful once we could contact him. The location is close to the river, shopping, and restaurants.

Bus station right aside the apparment can take you to every sight location. Self check in/out.

The room wasn't cleaned up acationaly,all the sheets and towels were used the same from day one.
