Welcome back to the 90s, the décor is long overdue for an update. The bathroom looked like one i would see un bad apartments, the paint job is beyound me, no finesse, the paint dripped over or covered aime part of the furniture, the roof tiles in tha bathroom, the edge and top of the acrylic shower itself, the Mirror, the Floor tiles, the hairdrier support on the wall. The rug and it covers some if the edge above the ceiling. The desk has stickers on it and chips . IT looked cheap like an stat here Landlord special

Fine for what we needed for a night. Staff was lovely, kind, and welcoming.

Super nice and helpful staff! Decent Continental breakfast, nice pool, good location, good value.

The bed was uncomfortable and the TV didn't work for most of the night.

The front reception staff was very pleasant! The hallways were dingy and the carpet on the floor was buckled in places, definitely a tripping hazard. This hotel is at best a 1 star. Our room had fantastic AC. The room was very well chilled which was perfect for sleeping. The beds weren’t comfortable but not terrible. The pillows were very much uncomfortable. One of the bedspreads was discolored and they looked like they came from a 1970’s horror film. On the headboard we found a tin of nicotine gum in a bright red package. Like you couldn’t miss it which leads me to believe the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The shower head had decent water pressure which was nice. The furniture was beat up and crumbling on the corners and the office chair was ripped and stained. I took a picture because I don’t want to be blamed for a smoking burn (we definitely do NOT smoke). We paid just under $700 CAD and I can’t understand how this hotel can possibly charge that kind of money. Also had continental breakfast included which was a pro. No hot items (except waffles and toast) but had a decent selection of cold items and nice hot coffee. Beats spending $20-30 for breakfast on the run. Oh yeah, and the television didn’t work. It kept losing signal and that was in both of our rooms.

Had positive interactions with night desk staff but other staff did not seen interested in issues that we had. When arriving to our room we found 1towel, no bath mat, no shampoo, toilet lsper was almost empty, no refill available and tissue box was empty. Bed cover was on bed wrong side up. Apparently a new housekeeper? Also dish satellitecwas out the majority of time we tried to use television.

The property is older. The owners are doing their best with what they have. They need to upgrade the mattresses and sticky enforce the no smoking law. Even though we were in a no smoking hallway, cigarette smoke was very prevalent.
