check in was smooth even though we were later than I thought we would.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Cold hard boiled eggs, bread was still partially frozen. The hotel smelled very musty, both of my daughters commented on that.

hoitel heat was set on none, in the lobby and check in. please was run down and could not understand the desk help.

i could not believe this property was on Expedias list of hotels to rent as soon as i walked into the lobby i felt it wasnt right as it was so cold and when i asked where the public bathroom was he told me i would have to get the key to my room to use it so he was quick to give me a key and when i walked into the room i was ok with it as it loomed clean a little outdated but clean and then i walked into the bathroom and that was it the ceiling looked like it would fall in rust everywhere the wallpaper stained and more went back to the front desk as my husband was still there finishing up the paperwork and i said no way was i staying in that room he gave us another one just the same went back again he went to the manager office spoke to him he came back and said we have one more we can give you if you dont like that then you can check out very rude. my husband asked to speak to the manager and he wouldnt even come out at all. the next room was better as they had done the ceiling so we stayed but i can tell you i have no idea where they got the rating they did unless they put them in themselves. do not go to this place and Expedia.take it off
