This place was filthy the bathroom walls looked like someone pissed on the walls ( cleaned with my Clorox wipes) we had to ask for room service and towels

Location was good for us. We did not travel around a lot. Just stayed one night to catch a flight the next day.

Did not like this one except the Bistro. Check in at 2:30 PM acted like I was a bother. Told me all they had as rooms on the road. Since I live on a highway I did not think if would bother me especially since I was told it had a view. Wrong! If there was a view the window was fogged and so dirty you could not see out of it. The. I was told $10 per night for parking. I told them the website did not say that. They argued with me and even after I showed them I was told they would tell the manager I was unhappy. Since no contacted me I knew they did not care. The room was dingy and old. It was clean. The road noise was like none I had ever heard before. So loud I had to try to cover it up with the noise machine they have and the TV. The only bright spot was Steven in the Bistro. This is not your normal Bistro. All the normal Courtyard food plus some really nice additions. Fantastic service and really good food. Pay attention to reviews!!

This was honestly one of the stingiest and most poorly managed hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not even a single bottle of water was provided in the room or other type of drinking water. When I entered, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor — something like sweaty feet — which made it very uncomfortable. No complimentary slippers. When I checked in, they said there would be a $50 incidental hold. But later I found out my card was actually charged $71. Upon checkout, I specifically asked for a breakdown — it showed a parking fee and a bottle of water that I never drank. This clearly shows poor attention to detail from the staff. I also requested an itemized receipt for the incidental charge, but they never provided it. It’s night now, the held amount had not been released. The whole process was frustratingly inefficient. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Surprisingly good breakfast buffet (included) with lots of options and an omelette station. Just what we needed for a quick overnight stay from a late flight into town. Nothing fancy by any means, but the free shuttle service and free breakfast were just what we were looking for to catch some sleep before renting a car and starting our adventure. Both the evening and morning shuttle driver were polite and welcoming. Our morning driver even dropped us off directly at the rental car station and gave us lots of tips like closest gas station to refill before returning our car, how much time to allow for getting from the rental car area to check in for our next flight, etc.

Didnt like had to pay to park! Nice staff, clean. Convenient for late flight in.

Didn't have breakfast, for that price I refused to pay additional for it !

The location was not good, way too much traffic noise

Nice Hotel for an overnight stay.
