The location was perfect! Plenty to do within very short drive time.

The luggage carts were a little hard to maneuver in the hallways & into the elevator and room.

The staff were all very organized and professional...especially the two ladies that helped us check in and check out. (Sorry...I didn't write their named down. Anyway, all four rooms were exactly the same and close together, so all our expectations were met. The facilities were clean, and easy to get around, and my entire family was well pleased.

This is where I wish I could give a solid 10...but, I don't like being surprised by "hidden fees" not discussed or even mentioned before I come to any motel. When we checked in, I was charged an ADDITIONAL $50.00 per room for basically a security deposit. I was told it was in case we wanted to get anything from the front desk store or needed anything brought to the room, but I was assured it would be reimbursed after our stay if not used. NOW...I'm wondering if I'm going to get a full refund, since we did enjoy the two packages of gummy worms and two bottles of water in our room. Just sayin...
