Breakfast was pretty good except the sausage gravy was very thin. Waffles were very good. Location was convenient.

No ice machine in the lower secondary building. Only one ice machine for the whole motel. Room had an odd odor and I had to ask the maid for air freshener. Pillows were old and not all were full size bed pillows. Room definitely needed upgraded.

There was a huge cockroach in my bathroom. I went down to the front desk to report it, but nobody was there, so I left a detailed note about the issue. You would think someone would have reached out to me, but nothing. It honestly feels like they just don't care. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

There was truck parking and was very easy to get out of the location, but it was difficult getting up the incline to the hotel itself with a 40 foot trailer.

We have a small French bulldog and so we paid for the pet friendly room. However there was nowhere that it was stipulated on the days in website or on Booking.com that there would be a $25 nonrefundable pet deposit on top of our room charge. We stayed there because it was a older kind of rundown hotel and it was cheap. We like keeping our hotel stays budgeted while we’re on the road and having to pay $100 for that room, it was not worth it. When you went into the room, you immediately were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and dog urine. We paid for a non-smoking room. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We were told there was a pretty good breakfast the next morning and there was nothing to drink other than hot coffee or hot tea. No orange juice. No apple juice. No cranberry juice. There was great value yogurt waffles did not see any bacon or eggs or sausage. Pretty frustrating. Definitely won’t stay again.

Rooms appeared to be clean. Staff were friendly.

Advertised as having a swimming pool but pool was filthy and couldnt be used. Full of algae and trash. Kids were disappointed.
