Comfort Suites Alpharetta-Roswell - Atlanta Area

Staff at the front was unprofessional when we came in to check in. They were slouchy dressed sitting in the lobby area blaring their cell phone watching videos. Staff the next day was friendly and the worker handling the breakfast was on top of it though. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the room with a couch was very roomy. Convenient to the Ameris Amphitheater. We were there for a concert.

Dirty, huge cockroaches, they turned off the water in the middle of the day with no warning, and the breakfast items were frozen solid or sour. Well never stay here again.

Loved the bed!! Wish I could have that at home. Also love the lemon water especially with how hot it's been lately.

We had an excellent stay for one evening. The room was very clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was more than I expected and the staff was extraordinary!

The Hotel was great, staff very friendly especially the evening clerk Dee. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy. The breakfast was not that great. The eggs was watery, pancake batter smelled soured, not much of a selection to choose from.

The curtains were sheer. I felt like you could see into the room, and there was no way to block the outside light. It smelled old and musty

Comfort suites is the best hotel. They are so accommodating and the check in is quick and consistent and they always have the most friendly staff. I'll always choose them and their rooms are so clean and comfortable and have a wonderful breakfast. Very quiet too .

Great beds

Rooms were big and had conveniences. Location good. Few staff spoke any English, the keys had to be remagnitized several times. Elevator floor areas and inside filthy looking. Furniture in bad condition, shortage of was cloths and hand towels..

Breakfast was not available at the hours specified. When provided it was ice cold. Bathroom shower was dirty and there was no bathroom fan. Ceiling vent was filthy. Entire property in truly needs repairs, cleaning and updating. There was areas of mold and peeling paint. Sheets and comforter were torn and stained
