The room was very clean and nice. I enjoyed my stay.

Really disappointed in our stay. We sat in lobby for 10-15+ minutes waiting for someone to check us in. Thought maybe they had gone to help another guest. Little car speeds up and guy hops out with Chick-fil-A and checks us in. When we come down to the lobby a couple times I we the next 1-2 hours, he's over in the breakfast area eating and talking loudly on speaker phone. The next morning, the desk clerk was sitting on the curb with her coffee and vape. Dried food rings on the desk in our room. We didn't shower, because room just felt gross.

It was ok. Old, worn out furniture. Beds were comfy, it was relatively clean…there is one washer and one dryer (baseball moms). We were there for a tournament. I Wouldn’t stay there again.

Location was decent, walking distance to gas station if you need supplies.

The room was so unlclean, bathroom mirror was never wiped down and covered in black curly hairs 🤢 smelled of wet mold from the second we opened door to our room. Turns out our clothing was actually damp from how much moisture was in the room. Saw someone else at front desk complaining about their nasty room so I didn’t even bother. Don’t even try using the pull out bed. Ours was covered in peanuts! Likeeee really? That was my son’s spot for our stay and it was so uncomfortable he got absolutely no sleep the whole weekend. Which really sucked since our entire trip was for his basketball tournament. Desk guy was nice but literally could have cared LESS about anything. Only asked staff for ONE thing our entire stay and it was an extra towel so I could shower, they didn’t have any. Please don’t waste money here, pay the extra $20 for the place up the road.

Very well clean maintained customer service was excellent

The air conditioner did not work in my room. Due to the air conditioner not working, there was a nasty, horrible smell. We had to open our room door and crack it to get some kind of comfort. The next day, ten people were at the front desk complaining about room service and unclean rooms. We were informed that we needed to call to request cleaning, but we were not told this when we checked in. When I went to the front desk, they told me they had no towels available, but later, they did have some. The shower was filthy; if it cannot be cleaned, it needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, I do a lot of traveling for my job. However, I will not be coming back to this Comfort Inn.
