Fairfield Inn by Marriott Las Cruces

We had a flat tire on way to Las Cruces on Sunday and had to stay in Pecos because everything was closed since Sunday. We did not stay at your hotel, but we were looking forward to it. Maybe next year👍. We had to continue on this morning after tire was replaced to Santa Fe. We passed your hotel on highway, looks nice, great location.

I was hoping that the Fairfield had a Tesla charger for my car. I think I mistakenly thought it did. Maybe in the future this will be added to your property? so many drivers esp from SOCAL have Teslas and it might attract even more guests to your property.

The bathrooms could have smelled less like a moldy shower curtain......

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Great location. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was good, great selection of hot items, cookies was excellent, and staff was very friendly. Room was inviting. The location was good. There are good restaurants close by as well as coffee within walking distance.

The one ice machine for the entire hotel was out. No substitution plan in place. Our room smelled of mildew and the shower was held up with visible brackets.The room was visibly worn out. The desk staff were excellent but it is time for a dramatic refresh of this facility. I could have paid $10 more for a brand new room.

The arias are clean and the staff is soooo nice especially the lady that is in charge of the breakfast and the front desk lady on Saturday mornings :) the gym was really goood for my cheerleading over break work out and they gave us FREEE COOKIES!!!!!!!! Our room also has 3 beds which is great. I love the options that they have for allergies to.

The staff at this hotel actually care and provide great service. The Norma, who does the complimentary breakfast, takes pride in it and makes sure everything is clean and hot. While the hotel is not new, it’s clean and everyone is friendly. In a world where customer service has gone by the wayside, this hotel stands out. Front desk people are kind, friendly, and helpful, Lauralye, and Steven at the front desk rock and were super helpful. As someone who travels a lot, i would definitely recommend this as a very cost effective nice place to stay. They make the most of the amenities they offer.

The staff was excellent! We had an especially great experience at breakfast- the sweet lady who made breakfast was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience great, even bringing us a warm towel to wipe our toddler down after eating! Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will stay here again!
