Apartment Tin

Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten in den Gassen der Altstadt. Der Zugang durch den Garten des Restaurants ist lustig. Wir waren zu früh da, einchecken war trotzdem kein Problem.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der Nähe der Kathedrale, mitten in der Altstadt von Trogir. Mit der Linie 37 gut vom Flughafen Split aus erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war freundlich und Rückmeldungen zeitnah. Die Empfehlung einer nahe gelegenen Frühstücksmöglichkeit war hilfreich und ein junger Mann aus dem Restaurant hat uns beim Gepäck geholfen. Es gibt eine Kapselmaschine (Dolce Gusto) und einige Kapseln standen bereit. Auch gab es Tabs für die Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.

Trotz ausführlicher Anleitung zum Check in hatte das etwas von Schnitzeljagd, aber alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Man betritt das Treppenhaus zur Ferienwohnung durch ein Restaurant und muss dann zwei Etagen hoch. Das Treppengeländer wackelt ziemlich. Abends ist es sehr laut, aber das ist wohl der zentralen Lage geschuldet. Ohropax oder Kopfhörer mit Noise Cancelling helfen. Beim Abziehen der Betten fiel auf, dass die Matratzen allerlei Flecken haben.

Location was good, although the apt was inside a restaurant so we literally had to walk among the tables to get to our apt. Apt was furnished well, mattresses were good.

The air conditioning was broken and unusable, and the fans in bedrooms also did not work. It was hot!!! There was junk and dirt outside the apt door, and dirt on the landings. No Microwave in the kitchen, Bathroom light sometimes did not work, sometimes it did. At least 1 electric socket did not work and shorted out. The manager did not tell us how to enter or leave the premises when the restaurant was closed (a waiter told us how).

Very good location, very nice apartment, well-equipped kitchen.

The mattresses in the 2 bedrooms should be replaced urgently (disgusting stains!) Impermeable mattress covers would help to avoid this ugly sight. Communication with Kairo office for check in and check out -a bit tiresome.

We loved the apartment as it was super spacious. We also loved the private entrance and giving the extra bit of security.

The space, air conditioning, good facilities and flexible accommodation. Washing machine a bonus.

Centrally located (once you find how to get in) you walk through a Michelin star restaurant patio! The staff were super helpful and had great communication. The air conditioning and wifi worked great.

There were a number of issues with the facility itself. All of which were going to be addressed by the staff after we reported them, so they should be fine for future guests. Eg, electrical issues, key, fans not working, items left in the apartment It’s a two storey walk up. Which is fine for us but was a bit of a surprise with heavy bags and might be difficult for some.
