Property is currently under construction. My original floor was a mess with the dust but the staff let me switch to a room on another floor.

This hotel isnt fancy. If youre looking for the Hilton, keep going. If youre looking for a place to sleep, in the heart of an amazing neighborhood, with friendly staff, thats ridiculously affordable - this is exavtly what you want.
*WARNING* I don't normally leave reviews but I wish I was warned about this before staying here. I stayed here for a week and every single day they were doing construction on at least 4 rooms in my hallway starting at 8-9am and going into the evening. Do not expect peace after 8-9am. Dust everywhere, carpets white with dust. Absolutely abysmal behaviour from a hotel, and even though the price is low, they shouldn't even be renting out rooms in a literal CONSTRUCTION ZONE. Insane!! I have stayed at all kinds of hotels and have never experienced that before. Otherwise, the room is fine but the walls are very thin and you can hear every single word from your neighbour and of course they can hear you. There is a vent window in the bathroom that can't be covered, that goes into the supply closet that is constantly in use by cleaners, and you can hear other people showering and using the bathroom because they also have windows - so not very private. This hotel doesn't understand the concept of DO NOT DISTURB, even though they have signs you can put on your door, which I did. Despite this, they knocked on my door every single day and then when I didn't answer they called me on the phone. When I wasn't there to remind them to leave me alone, they entered anyways. I even told them multiple times that they don't need to walk. Truly an unacceptable nuisance. Do yourselves a favour and book at one of the many other options you have, or AirBnb for best value.
