Nice location from which to explore the city. Seemed safe day and night. Staff were courteous. Room was somewhat dated but everything worked and was clean. Pillows weren’t my favorite…somewhat small and lumpy. There was construction going on for the room next to us. Some dust and noise during the day but usually we were not in the room. Did request a room change on our last day due to floors stripped or refinished. Odor from chemicals came in our room from next door. Staff quickly accommodated. Will return.
For other potentials tenants, there is no AC. Otherwise, well located in Roma Norte! Rooms are spacious.
Great location. Really close to roma norte with so many restaurants and options to eat. Uber rides were easy and very affordable to get. The hotel was under construction during my visit so it was looking a little dirty, however u can see that they are upgrading it so thats great. Didnt have my own car but they do have parking in the building. Would def stay here again. Staff was friendly. Check in and check out were fast and easy. We were able to leave our bags stored safely with the receptionist, as we arrived way before check in time and they didnt have early check in availabile.
A good location
Room was a nice size and clean within reason, very basic no coffee maker, kettle, iron, fridge or toilet paper which I adjusted to But my biggest complaint is I was stuck in the elevator over an hour in the extreme heat with my daughter which was terrifying as the alarm in the elevator didn’t work I had to bang on the door I called the hotel and the guy hung up on me then didn’t answer when I tried calling again, they didn’t even pick up for hotels.com when I called them to contact the hotel. I just had to keep banging for help it was a nightmare. I booked the next flight home and left.
This hotel is located in a very safe area, and walking distance to many famous sites like the Zona Rosa and the Angel of Independence. The hotel is a bargain. It isn't 5 Star, but the staff is helpful, and the rooms are clean. The showers work well. Can't beat the price! I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Embassy.

Great everything was great
Absolute not to be recommended. We arrived at 11 pm and they made up a story of some water leak in the rooms for us ( 3 people) and had to transfer us to another hotel ( Monarca) a bit farther away. The practice to oversell rooms in this hotel is standard so do yourself a favor and choose another place. As far as I can see it both places are I er priced and not worth even 15 $ but that’s just my opinion.
