It was a nice, simple hotel. I wasn't there for thrills, but I want it to be clean, affordable and have nice staff. This hotel had all the above. It was reasonably priced, close enough to Liberty University. The lady at the front desk was very personable and took good care of you. I think her name was Audrey. Nice lady. they had a nice breakfast area for you in the morning. I'd stay there again.
It was nice clean and quiet. Staff (especially Mrs. Audrey❤)gave excellent service. I stayed one night and slept great! They did have a hot bar for breakfasts the next morning but all I had was waffles, banana and oj(delicious). My Room was cute comfortable and basic! It didn't have a clock but I always use my cell phone alarm so not an issue for me. I like the fact hotel is right off the exit close to town but parking was an issue when I got back from my event at 2 in the morning. For what I paid I got more than what I expected! I'm Definitely staying again! ❤🤗 Love the renovations to the rooms.
Service was good. Accommodating to initial concerns but rectified situation in a friendly manner. Convenient location to visiting location.
Audrey was our check in attendant and was there each day. She was very helpful, sweet, and interested in our comfort during our stay!
