"The worst place I ever stayed"

"It was a 24hr get away for peace and end because of roaches within an hour."

I was in this room maybe any hour before I see roaches and I can't live with bugs. I checked out immediately and wasn't offer any consolation. I believe I should get my money back

"Started out nice but turned very disappointing"

I liked the layout and the spa tub was nice. The bed was comfortable as well. Everything was on the dated side but the decor was nice. Everything worked; lights, TV, refrigerator, spa tub jets, ect. It was quiet even through the rain storms that we had. Check in and check out was fast which I did appreciate.

I never got maid service even when I put the requesting maid service on my door. I did see a few baby roaches in the room. It said on their site it had complimentary breakfast but the 3 times I went up to check it out the area was closed ( I tried 3 different times, right when it was supposed to be going on, and half way through, and near the end). The bed was clean and comfortable but the carpet looked gross. I kept my shoes on the whole time till it was time for bed.
