Courtyard by Marriott Lexington North

Safe and easy uber rides!

The location and rate.

There were 4 of us. We needed extra towels and pillows. The rooms only provided 3 pillows per bed and 3 sets of towels.

It was very nice.

Unaware rooms had a balcony so that was a plus!

Nothing that I didn’t like but Needs some upgrades for it to be a Marriott. Also adding a breakfast cost is kind of suspect because there is no buffet, just a counter where you can purchase menu items.

Clean, friendly staff

Older (mid 1980s) Courtyard that has been fairly recently refreshed. Nice room overlooking a courtyard with mature landscaping. Room had sliding door with balcony with 2 chairs and a table, not often seen on newer hotels. Nice bed and excellent shower pressure/volume. Easy parking near the door. We did not use the restaurant, lobby or pool. Hotel is quiet and trees/terrain block the view of the nearby interstate. Easy access to highways and area attractions. A/C-heat was one of those annoying, somewhat loud wall mounted units that is hard to get dialed in. Room was cleaned per request (otherwise no service). Rates were quite elevated due to horse race event. Overall a good choice in Lexington area.
