Didn't like the stairs. Also, a ladder was left in the balcony walkway, which was a nuisance and a trip and fall hazard .
The carpet was very dirty. Chair was disgusting, had spiders on it, so dirty. Linen for bed was dingy and smelt musky. Towels same. The staff was the win. So nice.
Very quiet and comfortable
This is a older hotel in a quite area, no frills but we have stayed here a few times on trips to and from FL. Staff is friendly, and it is a small community. We like the location it has easy on/off access to the express way but far enough away from the noise.
The room was a little dated but clean and smelled of Lemon Cleaner. We stayed on a first floor room. Water was hot but lacked enough pressure to enjoy the massage shower head. Fridge and AC was cold. Room stayed at a comfortable temp. Sheets were clean and crisp, however the bed was very hard and my back ached the whole time we were there. I enjoyed the breakfast coupons for the McDonalds next door, much better then the honey bun options you would normally be offered for breakfast.
Property was clean, and staff were nice, but the bed and pillows were so hard I couldn’t sleep, and there were numerous cigarette burns in the blanket that was on the bed. The bathroom door was also swollen from water intrusion.
Very uncomfortable bed and pillows
I have stayed at this property 6 times in the past year and my only complaint is the beds aren’t as comfortable compared to other places I have stayed recently.
Friendly, had fridge, microwave, clean. Firm mattress
I had two rooms booked. One under my name and one under my mother in laws name. They canceled the one in my name. My husband and two small kids tried to find another room in the area and also Monroe. We could not find anything so we drove 5 hours home during the night. We had no call from the hotel to let us know they were cancelling our room.
