I liked the room and the ground flour parking access

I didnt like booking .com saying check out time was 12 and the facility made us leave at 11:00 we had planed our stay to go to a funeral at 2pm the 1 hr might not seem like much of a problem to you but it threw the whole plan off i guess ill have to make sure myself next time but then why would i need booking .com

Very helpful staff & good experience.

Fairly clean. The rooms need serious updating, Carpeting was old and the bathroom sink had some damage like a chemical burn. Shower head was really low and cheap. Bathtub drain needed replacement. TV could have been bigger. Continental breakfast was just that. They could have invested in fresh donuts since a donut shop was right next door. I rated it a three because the cleanliness and the cost was a plus.

Stains on sheet. Hair on bathtub ceiling. Carpets very old. No coffee at breakfast.

We requested a room on lower level or at least near an elevator and we received a room on the second floor and on the opposite end of the elevator. Other than that, all was okay. That was important because I don't walk very well.

$103 for the night, ceilings and shower were filthy, hair from previous guest on shower walls. Ceiling in main room looked either filthy dirty in corners or..... "Continental breakfast". A bowl of raisin bran and a yogurt. $103.
