Seemed rundown - lots of laborers staying there - not real clean

Advertised as pet friendly. Had us on the third floor. We had to go to first floor and get in our car to take our little dog to a grassy area. Breakfast was a joke stale cereal

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and you could tell recently updated. Didn’t use the pool but it was clean. Even had covered parking for motorcycles. Not sure what other people were complaining about. Other than Harrison not being a destination point the hotel was great. Arkansas doesn’t like side walks so be prepared to drive everywhere.

We didn’t even get to stay here. The guy at the front desk tried to charge me more than my reservation. Then told me I couldn’t use a debit card. Was very rude. Always have issues with this guy and the housekeeper. After staying here for almost 2 months off and on, and doing everything as I do every night, I’d appreciate a little respect. And why change your “rules” 2 months in? But after him refusing to give me a room I made them cancel my reservation and went to a different hotel in town

The bed was very comfortable

The carpet was filthy. Walking barefoot, my feet turned black.

Breakfast stunk, location good

Love the laid back environment

The housekeepers come knocking at our door almost every morning at 9am even when I ask for late checkout. Which is every time
