L’endroit est charmant et proche de tout (plages, restaurants…), la chambre est assez spacieuse et a un vrai balcon ce qui est très pratique. Les espaces extérieurs sont assez petits mais très agréable et accueillants, avec le bar et la piscine.

Seuls points négatifs la douche très vieilllote, le personnel qui pourrait être un peu plus sympathique et réactif. Et service de nettoyage de votre linge à éviter! Payant mais étendu n’importe comment. Résultat du linge tout froissé et mal séché…car pas de sèche linge donc en cas de mauvais temps…

Grosse déception ! Déception sur l'accueil et la communication. Manque total de transparence commerciale. Malgré des échanges écrits validés avant notre arrivée, des suppléments nous ont été réclamés sur place. Le plus regrettable reste l’accueil : au lieu de chercher une solution ou de s'excuser pour le manque de clarté de leur mail, le personnel a été condescendant en nous laissant entendre que nous "savions mal lire". On est peu être réunionnais mais français avant tout ! Et oui on est bien parti à l'école, on sait lire et même écrire, comme vous pouvez le constater d'ailleurs ! Nous attendions un accueil beaucoup plus professionnel et respectueux.
