It was cheap

Dirty, smoking, burns in blankets, dusty a/c, staffed by a video call center, room not ready at check in time, bugs, soap in shower was an open bar of soap, loud at night

"Never again."

No breakfast. Only juice and coffee.

Nobody came and serviced our room even asking multiple times. They made our bed but never changed the sheets.
