"Super good for the money."

The location is excellent. The facility has a very functional layout (much better than the new models at the popular Hilton, Marriott, etc.) with decent furniture (enough chairs for 2 people to sit) and super clean floor. This location has double queen beds which is a rare option for most Blacksburg's hotels. Lighting in the room is adequate. Parking is right in front of the room. There are water bottles in the lobby for the hotel guests. The lobby staff are friend and helpful.

The building is really old. You can hear every single step of the occupants in the upper floor. And the fan in the bathroom is really loud (not sure if it does anything).

"Paid the cheapest price, expected less quality. The itching sheets were the most unbearable item."

Staff was courteous and professional. Nightly rate was half price of others.

Room was in rough shape. Flooring split apart. Door locks on main door and adjoining room door were stripped and loose. Minutes after lying down, the whole family started to itch. Could have been powerful detergent used on sheets, not sure what cause was.

Affordable and about 15 mins away from VT. The room was basic but clean for the most part. Beds were uncomfortable, but we knew we were saving money by choosing Econo. Meet expectations. Breakfast could have been better. It was grab and go.

Bed was uncomfortable but not unbearable.
