Fairfield Inn & Suites Butler

Under construction, but all still fine and in service. Understaffed unfortunately in the lobby in the morning, but they worked very hard to keep everything going.

Well worth the money

Limited visual marquis to locate the property. Landscaping and driveway approach looked like an abandoned construction site (mob hit site feel) . Renovation underway so breakfast served in a tiny conference room . That said management used this as a way out of providing fresh waffles and running out of cream cheese amongst other short comings. The poor desk clerk was also the hospitality host which to me was unfair as she did a very good job being able to manage breakfast for the entire guest list at the hotel in addition to taking calls and keeping a positive attitude. Somehow I didn’t get the atmosphere I would expect from the price . I’d say the value should be half of the ask.

It was an ok hotel they were remodeling which is understandable that everything was not really great .

This place was AWFUL and under poor management. If you're looking to save money, head up the road and pass this place up. Not worth a second glance. It's outdated and undergoing renovations with SEVERAL safety hazards, they have rooms where plumbing and air conditioning doesn't work, and they overbook rooms (so the room you think you have, may not be yours!). Also, if you do have an issue, skip right over the manager and go straight to corporate, Anthony Steele is completely incompetent at handling any complaint, even when it's completely their fault! They overbooked my room and the only thing he could do was offer me a room, not big enough for a family of 5 or even an adjoining room, unless we paid for the additional room! We booked DIRECTLY from their website, not 3rd party, and he stated he didn't have a solution for this at all. So sad that this place isn't what it was years ago due to poor management and untrained staff.
