The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good.

Beds were comfy but too soft for my liking. Everytime we are there, the pool is always closed.

Breakfast was wonderful.

Housekeeping needs improvement. You have to request it. When we requested it, they didn't make the beds. We asked about it so they came the next day but requested we leave the room before they would clean it at 9am, which is ridiculous! To be kicked out of the room to be cleaned when they should have done their job right the day before. The pool was permanently closed yet was still advertised on the website when we booked which was disappointing! It was a selling point so I would have chosen a different hotel had I known. The front desk staff was mostly not there. We stayed 4 days and came and went multiple times. And saw a person at the desk maybe 2 times the entire time we were there. The night we checked in the person had what appeared to be her boyfriend hanging out leaning on the counter. He stepped aside so we could check in and the went back to laying on the counter when we were done. Not a very professional atmosphere or a good impression. One other time we were leaving and the phone was ringing and ringing but there was no staff to be seen. The next time I return to Butler I will stay somewhere else.

"Quiet and mostly clean - comfy if you bring your own bed."

Pretty quiet, spacious rooms, mostly clean.

The bathroom (shower specifically) was kinda icky. It sure it was cleaned.. ever.. and the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep on in my life.
