Fairfield Inn & Suites Butler

For a handicap room there was no low rise shower and no safety matt in the tub, The next room occupant was up early in the morning coughing, woke me up. And the pool was not open. Disappointing.

Easy check-in & friendly staff.

Pool being closed! The kids were very sad about that. Would’ve been nice to know ahead of time.

Nice clean hotel, staff was very nice. Hotel is convenient to shopping and eating . Great Restaurant right next to hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location off of highway 422.

Ceiling was older and shower was little small. Was supposed to have a king room. Remote wasn’t working well enough.

Disappointed in the total visit. After being gone all day came back to our room for the night only to find out room was not made up and no fresh towels. Went to the front desk and they said that is the new policy. Room only gets cleaned off requested. That's so wrong in so many ways. Also ac unit was very loud. Walls very thin

Internet was terrible. When I went to the front desk to ask why we couldn't get online I was told that it has been happening alot lately and she keeps restarting the modem but it's a problem with the cable company. Then the next day when we were able to get online it was an unsecured connection. The bathroom floor was dirty. The hot breakfast was lukewarm at best and the cold cereal was stale.

Television did not work, and the front desk said they would get a tech to check it, the next day. Hotels appears to be dated, as far as the carpeting and furniture.

Against my better judgement, I booked this hotel for a stay. I saw some poor reviews, but until now have always had good experiences with Fairfield Inns. I arrive at 6:30pm to be told that my room wasn't ready and to come back in an hour. I finally got checked in at nearly 8pm. I asked to be compensated with some Marriot points, but that did not happen. A check in time 5 hours later than expected, with no compensation for what was a fairly pricey room for the area, is completely unreasonable. Once checked in, the rooms looked newly renovated, but incomplete and dirty. Missing baseboard, a whole pile of toenail clippings on the floor, bacteria growth in the shower corners, stickers on the bathroom mirror, and brown smudges on the bathroom door by the handle. I cleaned what I could myself.... eww. On a positive note, the sheets were clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was limited and lacking the typical options for a Fairfield Inn. I would not recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was not good. Do not like an open area for the sink. The toilet area should have a trash can and because the sink was outside the toilet area, it was not sanitary to be touching door handles without hand washing.It took a very long time for the water to get even warm and hot. The lighting in the open area was terrible - it was very difficult to see what I needed to do with hair styling and applying makeup. Even though I was able to get internet connection, I could not log on. There was no space to place suitcases without placing them on the bed. There were 3 adults with no space to place suitcases.
