2 thumbs up ! Room was great comftorble the staff was also kind and helpful, kids love this place

I feel they should invest alittle money into the pool area to have a deeper end for adults and older kids to enjoy. Also maybey get another set of waffle makers in the breakfast room .

"Worest hotel"

This is honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We’re a group of families who travel every month to relax, and we’ve never seen anything worse! The staff were rude, never smiled, and didn’t seem to care at all. The entertainment areas are open to outsiders, so there’s zero privacy. The place isn’t clean. The breakfast is boring, with no variety and no effort to replace missing items. Overall: not worth even one star! Definitely not a place for families or anyone who wants to relax. It doesn’t deserve even a single star, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Location.

Room could be cleaner. Bathroom tub had pink mold around it. Sheets had some hairs, maybe dog hair? Hopefully it was. On site bar and grill was closed one of our days there. The staff were friendly.
