The roaches, the room smelled like urine, staff was rude

Once I got in smelled badly like dog ! Trim was falling off walls duct tape on the curtains to cover holes and when I woke up to take a bath roaches were everywhere I packed up and left

Did not clean the rooms once while we were there fir 5 week s. We had to ask for towels or use our own. Then when I did i was told could not get fresh towels until I gave back their towels. Had to leave them outside the door. My dacleaned the room every other day and we took our own trash out. Rooms smelled like ashtrays and so did the elevator or it smelled like Marijuana. People would stand out side our door talk until.after midnight or go in the parking lot and play their music where it was loud with thump thump. Left dogs to bark all the time.
