We were not told there was breakfast. Very bad experience.

Device all around was bad. When we arrived room vas very cold heater did not work. Called 7 times did not answer when she finally answer the attendant said “HOW MAY I HELP YOU AFTER ALL THESE CALLS YOU HAVE MADE!” I told her the room was cold she said she would take blankets THEY WERE NEVER TAKEN TO US! I told the attendant that the tv was not working she said she would go but make sure tv was on channel 3 BUT SHE NEVER WENT to our room. Will not be staying here!

rooms 107, 108 have a mold problem - the smell gives it away and I am a building auditor....these should not be given to guests until remediated. We were (very nicely) moved to 207, 208 as the smell was unbearable and the 4 of us are not super sensitive.

breakfast, housekeeping, only changed linens and cleaned room every 3 days, for price of 200 per night, should have been more amenities and services

Staff was VERY helpful, and facilities were overall very clean

Furniture was very worn and really needs a refresh
