Great customer service up at front desk I like the hospitality I received both in house keeping and front desk 1st 2nd 3rd shift were very helpful and thier breakfast with the waffles 🧇 where great I hope to be able to go back soon if weather calls for snow n ice again i definitely will be going to Days inn by Wyndham on roper mountain road extension

The bed wasn’t clean, the refrigerator filled with ice, and the microwave smelled.

Literally nothing

The staff is beyond rude. When I asked for toiletries, that they supply in every hotel room , they told me they don’t do that. My friend was told to come inside the building with our stuff so he’s not just outside waiting. When I came to check in our hotel room, the staff yelled come here with attitude. I was very confused because I have not done anything. He proceeded to complain about my friend sitting outside and the lobby when he informed him it was okay. I responded I can’t really control someone else.. you could’ve said something to him though. He said it was inappropriate, then proceeded to call the cops and kick us out. They will over exaggerate and lie constantly just to make you seem like the bad person. On top of it they refuse to give refunds. Even though I have 50+ photos from my first night alone killing roaches. I couldn’t even sleep because literally every second there was more coming out, I had to legit go buy bug spray. Besides the infestation of roaches there’s mold everywhere, sometimes the fridges and microwaves won’t work, then the smell of cigarettes.

I did not like anything about this hotel very disappointing

The room had a rodent problem with roaches. I felt uncomfortable having to stomp on roaches throughout my stay

I killed over 50 roaches in my first night. The room reeked of cigarettes , and there was mold everywhere. The refrigerator was so small you can’t really fit anything in it. The microwave also didn’t work, when I paid more for it.
