"Holiday party "

1st night was great. 2nd night they had a holiday party with a karaoke machine turned all the way up and we couldn't sleep. We are early to bed people and had to listen to this until 11:15 when we had to call the front desk to have them shut it down after they told us it would be shut down by 11. Very dissatisfied.

Very helpful staff . Clean and quiet room . A Very good included breakfast ! One small issue was very poor water flow in our sink . Room 203. We will be back again like every Thanksgiving .

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially the biscuits.

I was confused by having two thermostats (on heater and on wall). I don't like mint shampoo and products.

My issue was after checking in about 9:30pm after a 10 hour trip, I get up to my room the key cards did not work. I went back down to inform the staff. Asst. general manager Norman accompanied me back to the room to give a try, after a couple of attempts he stated he would go down and reprogram the cards while I waited on a chair near room. He returned about 10 minutes with reprogrammed cards that also failed to work. Norm stated that he would back down to the desk and look for another room with a king bed on my floor. He returned stating that a room with a king bed was available on the 4th and that he already checked the cards and they were working. After waiting over 25 minutes to get in my room was totally inconvenient.
